The Building Process

Some of our services include;

1. A free onsite survey to discuss your requirements,
2. We have our own experienced architects but are willing to work with an architect of your choice if you would prefer,
3. Once the blue prints have been approved the project can move forward to construction, subject to planning approval if required,
4. Throughout the building Hexagon we will maintain in contact with planning and building control to relieve you off this added pressure,
5. On completion of your project Hexagon will ensure your project meets all the relevant legal requirements and that you receive all necessary certification. I.e. Building control certificate.

Using our own, highly skilled, architects, engineers and tradesmen we can progress your project from basic outlines and drawings to full plans and building control certification. We will take the greatest care in ensuring that your project meets all the required legal requirements such as Corgi, Fensa and Niceic.
